Insight Map

Our working path from raw application events to segments your team can brief and maintain. Use it to see what an engagement covers before you book.

Workspace with notes and charts used for planning segments

1. Decision framing

We start with the choice you need to make—onboarding path, messaging, pricing test, support routing—and the timeframe it must serve. Segments exist to change that answer, not to decorate a dashboard.

2. Event and attribute inventory

We review the application events and properties you already collect, note gaps, and flag fields too unstable for inclusion rules. No new stack required to begin.

3. Inclusion rules and naming

Each candidate segment gets a written rule: events, windows, exclusions. Names stay short and operational so product and growth partners say the same thing in standups.

4. Contrast and insight

We compare cohorts on the metrics that matter for your decision, then write the differences as insight: where journeys diverge, what to test next, what to stop tracking as a segment.

5. Refresh cadence

We leave a lightweight schedule for retiring stale cohorts and revisiting rules after launches or pricing changes—so the map ages intentionally.
